Shipping Information: Signature packaging

Your beautiful piece of Angela Daniel Jewellery will be presented in our unique Angela Daniel Jewellery signature pink boxes or pouches, or in third party branded packaging. All purchases can be gift wrapped upon request. They will be secured and delivered in a black box, and for security purposes will not contain sender details.

Free Insured Delivery within NZ

We fully insure each delivery. That means that your order shipment is always risk-free. For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery of your Angela Daniel Jewellery order. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. If there is no one to accept the delivery, a card will be left at the address with instructions to contact the local courier post depot. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. There is no courier fee for deliveries within NZ. CourierPost is our preferred carrier, should an alternative delivery method be requested this will be at the cost of the purchaser.

International Deliveries

International deliveries will be shipped via FedEx at the purchaser’s expense. Local duties and taxes will also be at the purchaser’s expense. Please refer to signature packaging.

Alternate Delivery Address

If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched via Courier Post Monday to Friday within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders received from 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, subject to availability. Please refer to the Product Availability section below for more information. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and also be advised your courier tracking number.

Product Availability and Pricing

All of our prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Duty Free or GST Free is not available by purchasing through the Angela Daniel Jewellery website, however can be arranged when purchasing in store.

Sometimes an item can be out of stock before we are able to post notification to the site. If this happens and you have placed an order, we will notify you personally so we can advise the anticipated time frame of delivery of your order, or assist you in finding another suitable product. A full refund will be provided should you not choose to select another product or the time frame is not suitable.

Infrequently, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. Independent Jewellery Valuations

When you purchase a piece of jewellery with a retail value over $1500, we will ship it to you with the accompanying independent valuation. These reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts independent of Angela Daniel Jewellery that specify the quality of the diamonds, gold and gemstones used as well as value of the piece at the time of valuation. 

 

Policy on Conflict Diamonds

At Angela Daniel Jewellery, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.

 

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods for all online purchases:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express Credit Card.
  • Direct Bank Payment
  • Q Card or Farmers Card can be used for purchases in store only.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Angela Daniel Jewellery use Paymark® to process payments via credit card. We are fully compliant with PCI-DSS certification. We do not retain your credit card details. For all purchases over $3000 we will contact you for a second form of identification before we process the payment.

 

Angela Daniel Jewellery 30 Day Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase, Angela Daniel Jewellery offer clients 30-days from the date of order to return their purchase for a credit for the full value of the item purchased. The credit (in form of a gift voucher) is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed in any of the three Angela Daniel Jewellery stores, or online if pre authorised with Angela Daniel Jewellery.

If you wish to return your purchase, simply call a jewellery consultant on 0508 ENGAGEMENT who will provide instructions for the return and exchange. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Angela Daniel Jewellery), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All of the original packaging must be returned, including the Independent Jewellery Valuation. Failure to do this could result in forfeiture of our exchange policy.

 

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift cards can be purchased online or through any one of our three Auckland stores. 

Gift card expiry
  1. Check the expiry date on your Gift Card as soon as you receive it. This will be 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. You should use all of the value of the Gift Card before the expiry date.
  3. No refunds will be provided by Angela Daniel Jewellery for the monetary value on the Gift Card. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Angela Daniel Jewellery.
  4. After the Gift Card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined.
Redeeming gift cards
  1. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. The bearer of the Gift Card may use the Gift Card to make purchases of goods and/or services at any Angela Daniel Jewellery store.
  3. If the full value of the Gift Card is not redeemed a new Gift Card with the same expiry will be issued for the balance. Gift Cards are not re-loadable. This means additional credit (money) cannot be added to the card.
  4. Gift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit, charge or debit cards or securities.
Lost, stolen, or faulty gift cards
  1. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. You should hold your Gift Card securely, as any person holding the Gift Card may be able to use its value to make purchases.
  2. Angela Daniel Jewellery recommends you keep a secure record of your card number (located on the back of the Gift Card) and the date on which your card expires, retain the original receipt. For the avoidance of doubt, the “original receipt” is the receipt Angela Daniel Jewellery provides upon purchase of the Gift Card and is not the EFTPOS receipt

At Angela Daniel Jewellery, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly.
