These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Angela Daniel jewellery site, and constitute an agreement between you and Angela Daniel Jewellery. Angela Daniel Jewellery reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of this site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this site. Your continued use of this site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of this site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using this site.
Product availability and pricing
All of our prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Duty Free or GST Free is not available by purchasing through the Angela Daniel jewellery website.
If you're interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on back order, please call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.
Infrequently, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. - We do not sell or accept gift certificates on
www.angeladanieljewellery.com. These can be purchased from any of our four stores.
Free Insured Delivery
We fully insure each delivery. That means that your order shipment is always risk-free. For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery of your Angela Daniel jewellery orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. There is no charge for local and deliveries within NZ. Courier Post is our preferred carrier, should an alternative delivery method be requested this will be at the cost of the purchaser. International deliveries will be shipped via Fedex at the purchases expense.
Alternate Delivery address
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
Independent Jewellery Valuations
When you purchase a piece of jewellery with a retail value over $1000, we ship it to you with the accompanying Independent valuation. These reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts independent of Angela Daniel Jewellery that specify the quality of the diamonds, gold and gemstones used as well as the replacement and indemnity value of the piece.
Return and Exchange Policy
Angela Daniel jewellery offers customers 20-days from the date of their order to return their order for a store credit for the full value of the item purchased. The credit is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed in any of the four Angela Daniel Jewellery stores. If you wish to return your purchase, simply call a jewellery consultant on 09 524 7286 who will provide instructions for the return and exchange. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Angela Daniel Jewellery), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All of the original packaging must be returned otherwise you may be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and collateral material. For example, the Independent Jewellery valuation is unique and carries a $60 replacement fee.
Information on our website
At Angela Daniel Jewellery, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly.
Policy on Conflict Diamonds
At Angela Daniel Jewellery, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.
